This show represents a team of Japan borosilicate glass artists that have worked together all across Japan and the US together, forging a new identity and culture of Japanese glass art.

There will be a wide variety of solo work as well as collaborations between the Japanese and American artists.

The show is being hosted and curated by Jon Green, who is based in Tokyo and works as international representation for Japanese glass artists. The show is receiving support from Masterlink Glass Consulting and will be held at the Artwork Network Gallery in Denver, Colorado.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″ offset=”vc_col-lg-2 vc_col-md-3″ css=”.vc_custom_1481877592550{padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”1323″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″ offset=”vc_col-lg-2 vc_col-md-3″ css=”.vc_custom_1481877597901{padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”1322″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″ css=”.vc_custom_1481877612630{padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}” offset=”vc_col-lg-2 vc_col-md-3″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″ offset=”vc_col-lg-2 vc_col-md-3″ css=”.vc_custom_1481877619421{padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”1324″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” parallax=”content-moving” section_id=”goround” fullwidth=”no” bg_image_custom=”121″ css=”.vc_custom_1506651503999{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 70px !important;padding-bottom: 70px !important;background-color: #ffffff !important;background-position: 0 0;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;}” el_id=”register” parallax_bg=”1″ stellar_background_ratio=”0.2″][vc_column][heading title=”Go Round Exhibit” subtitle=”/ USA x Japan Marble Session” fontclass=”fa-ticket” delay=”300″ class=”text-left”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”1343″ alignment=”center”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]The All Japan Show 2017 is also proud to be exhibiting the Go Round – USA x Japan Marble Session. It is a body of work that was created in Japan earlier this year by Daisuke Saito (DISK), Junichi Kojima (Rose Roads), Takao Miyake, Yoshinori Kondo, Gateson Recko, John Kobuki, Josh Sable, and Tim Keyzers. It involved a road trip starting in Tokyo and making a visit to each of the Japanese artists’ studios, before ending up at Studio Morio in Otsu for 2 weeks of intense collaboration.

The entire body of work will be on display and made available for the first time at the All Japan Show 2017, with almost all the artists in attendance.
